Connie Leonard is a life-long student of various modalities with an underlying thread that they are part of ancient lineages of healing and wellness. Her interest is in the intersection of mind, body and spirit and the balancing of these energies to live a fulfilled, vital life.

Connie completed yoga teacher training in 2008 after noticing first-hand the effects of physical postures and breathwork on her physical body, mood and mental clarity. She has also completed additional levels of training in Kundalini Yoga, as taught by Yogi Bhajan. 

The study of yoga lead Connie to its sister science of Ayurveda, an ancient lineage that works with the elements to restore and enhance balance within the body and mind. In 2012 she completed a certification in Ayurvedic Lifestyle Counseling and started additional studies in Ayurveda at the American University of Complimentary Medicine. 

Her interest in meditation and exploring other energy healing practices lead her to the Modern Mystery School, becoming a Life Activation Practitioner in 2020. 

Connie lives in San Francisco, California where she works as a project manager with an engineering consulting firm specializing in water treatment projects.

Weekly 75 minute yoga class, incorporating breathwork, mantra, yoga postures and movement, and includes a meditation at the conclusion of the class. Classes are based on yoga kriyas as taught by Yogi Bhajan. Kriyas may focus on various parts or systems of the body, or on various issues such as stress, resiliency, flexibility.

Max Meditation

This is a 60 minute meditation using a system that combines ancient yogic techniques with modern techniques of psychology and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP). This system includes relaxation, passive and active meditation, as well as a guided meditation.
